  • 会员8011：酒店大堂电梯环境都很不错 住在32层风景视野不错 但刚好当天是阴天但高层比较闷热空调面板调制最低温也不制冷 联系了客服 说是工程因为天气温度低选择没开空调😂😂……随后有位客服经理:陈宪香女士送了一台冷风机 服务态度都很好~还贴心的帮我们反映了问题 送来了水果跟矿泉水👍🏻👍🏻让我们有问题都可以联系她哦~ 就是房间设备有些损坏老化的问题建议可以检查处理，室外温度低主机没开也不太合理 那个客人耐热都不一样 半夜睡到一半被热醒 导致一夜未眠也是很难受……
